Favourite Class Skill Combination

Hey,

I am going through Lufia: The Ruins of Lore again and the system of apprenticing I find intriguing.. I have a lot of fun trying different characters with different classes in order to get certain skills, but I haven't really stretched myself out too far between some of the odder classes to me.

Does anyone have a good set of character class skill combinations they would recommend?

Like Eldin starting as a Priest until Heal, and moving to Warrior... etc.. or any combination similiar...

In the same breath, are there any completely useless classes you would steer clear from entirely?

Thanks,

A new entry in the Lufia series = a new TAC?

For those that didn't already know, Natsume had announced, via twitter, that the Lufia II reboot Estpolis: The Lands Cursed by the Gods, will be released in the US by them under the name Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals in fall 2010.

In which case, if having a new Estpolis title in Japan wasn't enough to get this site on its feet again, I have no excuse to breathe life back into this site than with the news of CotS coming out over here.

First off, I'm eliminating one of the things keeping me from getting on with this site: The complexity of too many scripts. Etomite and gallery2 will be done with. All of the content that makes up the site on Etomite will be migrated to IP.Content, which I had just bought and installed on the forum. For the time being, TAC will move its focus away from fan submissions as it's become too much of a hassle to maintain and since I don't have the money to add on to IP.Board's features for now. (Since this site will technically be running off of the forum.) The gallery may make a return in the future if money ever comes available, however, as I would like to expand on more "official" stuff in the future.

I will likely be brushing up on things, trying to provide a new look for TAC visually to match the more modern and mature theme of Lufia: CotS, though this may take time throughout my other duties and my newbieness when it comes to graphic design. For a long time I've required the help of other people to redesign the site, and the creator of TAC's latest layout, as many might know, is no longer a friend of the site and I don't think it's fair to her that we keep using her work. As well, a lot of the site content, as I have been planning to do since forever, is going to be rewritten eventually, and game pages will be a lot more detailed.

As the new site gets closer to launch, the etomite-run site will be taken down, as well as the gallery, as there are changes that need to happen in order to get the IP.Content -version of the site working from the root. However, if you know me, this will be a slow, long process so you likely will not see anything happen for a while. whenever it happens, it happens.

Some Exciting News

Meow, man!

Well, today TAC rises from the dead with some exciting news... some good, and some bad.

Of course, I'll be focusing on the good stuff, and that's with a little tidbit that came off the tubes from Gamingbolt, about a Famitsu article that was only recently published about a certain game that has just been announced. Nothing is known about the game except that Taito is developing it, Square-Enix is publishing it, and... well... it's title, which just happens to be...

Estpolis: The Lands Cursed by the Gods

You know what that means, right? Lufia 5 has been announced!

At the moment, people are expecting that the game will be developed for the Wii or DS, although with the change in technology there's no real way to know for sure until they announce more details.

The game is supposedly being developed by the team that originally made Lufia and the Fortress of Doom (not Ruins of Lore as I originally reported... THANK GOD.) so let's hope for some classic Lufia goodness.

Here's for the best, and let's hope the future of the franchise with this new game!

Good News and Bad News

The Good News: According to this article we're getting a Lufia 5! Square-Enix will be publishing the title and it's predicted that it will be on a Nintendo platform.

The Bad News: According to the same article, it's being developed by the same guys who did Ruins of Lore.
